Auto Repair in Windsor, CO
Windsor, CO
The Town of Windsor is located in Larimer and Weld Counties in Northern Colorado, almost 60 miles north of Denver. It has grown to become largely a residential community, home to many people who commute to Loveland or Fort Collins for work.
Windsor was originally a farming community with successful wheat-growing operations. Incorporated in 1890, today the town covers a land area of just over 25 square miles. As with other surrounding communities, Windsor has seen tremendous growth in recent years, particularly on the southeast end. The total population is now estimated at close to 23,000, compared with fewer than 5,000 in the 1980s. Various companies are headquartered in Windsor, including Ice Energy and Hexcel. Windsor operates two museums: the Boardwalk Park Museum and the Art & Heritage Center.
